The Women’s Center in Vienna, Virginia is seeking a part-time Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our collaborative clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking meaningful clinical experience with diverse clients.

Position Overview:
As a member of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to provide counseling services based on your areas of experience, interest, and expertise.

Populations served include:
  • Children and adolescents.
  • Adults.
  • Couples.
  • Families.
  • Individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

Clinical services may include:
  • Individual counseling.
  • Child and adolescent counseling.
  • Couples counseling.
  • Family counseling.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide psychotherapy services in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate treatment plans based on client needs and clinical presentation.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes that appropriately document client-reported information, clinical observations, impressions, and treatment interventions.
  • Routinely evaluate client progress toward treatment goals and modify treatment plans and interventions as clinically indicated.
  • Maintain client records in accordance with The Women’s Center policies, confidentiality requirements, and applicable privacy standards.
  • Collaborate professionally with colleagues and other members of the clinical and administrative teams to support high-quality client care.

Flexible Scheduling:
  • Minimum commitment of six client sessions per week.
  • Productivity bonus for 18 or more sessions per week.
  • Daytime, evening, and weekend scheduling opportunities.
  • In-person, hybrid, or virtual options.
  • Flexibility to develop a caseload that complements your professional interests and availability.

Qualifications:
  • Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and client-centered services.
  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
